How do I log in to access the event?

If you registered in advance at the Secretariate Registration Home Page, your login credentials have been sent by email. Please check all your mailboxes.

Can I drop in and out as pleased?

Yes, we recommend putting a reminder in your calendar for the presentations you don't want to miss.

Will the presentations and talks be available to view on demand?

Yes, if you miss any presentations, they will be available on demand up to 30 days afterward - but be sure to register now for access.

Where do I collect my swag bag?

Once you are logged into the event, please navigate to the top navigation bar. Here, you can download documents or send them to yourself via email.

LIVE SESSIONS

What time zone are the sessions in?

All sessions are listed in Central European Time (CET), which is GMT/UCT+ 2 hours.

How do I access the live sessions?

Access into the auditorium in the virtual environment.

Can I ask questions during the live sessions?

Yes, raise your virtual or live hand toward the chairperson, who should give you the microphone if time allows it.

Can I catch up on the live sessions later?

Yes, all sessions will be recorded.

E-POSTERS SESSION

Can I ask questions or leave comments?

Yes, there is a Q&A box for that purpose.

How to get to the conference venue from Bodø airport?

Take bus No.1 or No.2 -> three stops (4 minutes) -> Bodø Sentrum -> 3 minutes’ walk.

How do I receive my certificate?

All certificates will be sent by email as PDFs after the congress.

Yes. The idea behind the virtual environment is that all delegates use it for networking
